Experiencing problems with your new purchase? Please email us at info@digitaldepot.co.za and notify us of the problem with your hardware. We will send a courier to collect the unit and have it tested at our technical department. If the fault is covered under warranty we’ll repair or replace the unit and cover the courier costs. We’ll do everything we can do sort the problem out as quickly as possible. We are all about keepin’ the customer satisfied.
